My name is Billy Craig and I am running for Mayor.
I spent my entire professional career serving the people of Wilmington for 30 years as a Detective with our beloved Police Department.
I am a fourth-generation Wilmingtonian.
My wife and I raised both of our daughters here and both were educated in our public schools (New Hanover High School.)
I intentionally lived in the city limits during my career.
This gave me a strong sense of ownership and commitment to improving our city's quality of life. It has also shown me where we must do better.
